Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Unexpected events happen and recognizing this, Lazaderm requires a 24-hour notification on weekdays and a 48-hour notification on Saturday appointments.
Filler treatments require a $20 deposit that will be applied toward your treatment.
Botox patients who repeatedly no-show without a cancellation will require a $20 down payment after 3 offenses.
Clients who have had a history of "no show", we require a $20 down-payment upon scheduling your appointment which will be used towards your scheduled treatment. In respect of the time we have allotted in our schedule, this $20 will be forfeited in the event of "no shows" or cancellation in less than 24 hours.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the quality of service to all, please call us if you are arriving late.
This will be treated on a case-to-case basis, we will determine if there is enough time for the treatment or reschedule.
Payment Policy
Payment is the responsibility of the client at the time of service.
Lazaderm accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, and all major credit cards, and Lazaderm gift cards.
